1. General Conduct
All guests must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner.
Disruptive, aggressive, destructive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
The Client (event host) is responsible for the behavior of all guests and vendors associated with their event.
Grand Palace Ballroom reserves the right to remove any individual who violates these standards without refund.
2. Compliance with Laws
All events must comply with applicable federal, state of Florida, and local laws and ordinances.
Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited.
The venue reserves the right to immediately terminate an event if unlawful conduct occurs.
3. Zero-Tolerance Policy
The following behaviors may result in immediate removal and/or event termination:
Physical altercations or threats of violence
Possession of illegal substances
Vandalism or intentional damage to venue property
Underage drinking
Unauthorized weapons
Harassment of guests or staff
If law enforcement intervention becomes necessary, the Client may be held financially responsible for damages or penalties.
4. Alcohol & Substance Policy
Alcohol service must be coordinated and approved through venue management.
No outside alcohol is permitted unless expressly authorized in writing.
The venue reserves the right to stop alcohol service at any time if guest safety becomes a concern.
5. Security & Supervision
Certain events (including school functions, proms, military balls, and youth events) may require chaperones or security personnel.
The Client must ensure adequate supervision of minors at all times.
The venue may require additional security at the Client’s expense if deemed necessary.
6. Property Damage
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or contractors.
Decorations must be pre-approved.
No nails, screws, staples, open flames, confetti, glitter, or wall/ceiling attachments are permitted without written approval.
7. Noise & Event Timing
Events must conclude at the contracted end time.
Music and entertainment must comply with local noise ordinances.
The venue reserves the right to lower music volume if necessary.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Grand Palace Ballroom reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or terminate an event if policies are violated or if guest behavior compromises safety, property, or reputation.
9. Personal Property
Grand Palace Ballroom is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items. Clients are encouraged to remove all personal belongings immediately following their event.
10. Agreement to Policies
Booking an event at Grand Palace Ballroom constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies by the Client and their guests.
